Refund Policy

The policies on refund and payment for customers are also strictly guaranteed by us when there are any unexpected problems that occur during the delivery and use of the customer’s services from our company.

1. Our refund policy will apply to:

– The product is defective, damaged.
– Poor quality product or does not work as described by us.
– Confusion about sizing clothes or other outfits.
– The product you purchased did not meet your expectations.

2. For defective products, please:

– Take a photo of your order, poor quality product or damaged part.
– Submit a refund/return request with photos or videos of this defective item via [email protected]

If there is an error on our part, we will send you replacements or refunds upon your request as soon as we confirm the product’s condition without you needing to return the defective products.
Note: To make sure that product defects are the responsibility of our company, we only accept customer’s feedback that has clear photos or videos of product defects along with product tags from our company. Your clear proof image will help us to check and handle your product problem in the fastest and most effective way, avoiding delays due to unclear faulty product information. Therefore, you need to take photos of what you are not satisfied with the product and send a request to us, we will receive and make your refund or exchange process faster. Note that this return/refund policy only covers manufacturing defects belonging to our company and does not include:
– Damage due to collision or accident
– Improper storage
– Normal wear and tear over time
– Colors and materials are changed due to direct sunlight

3. Time to submit a refund request

Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If within 14 days you still have not checked the product and do not have any feedback or questions for us, then after the 14th day, we will not be able to give you a full refund or replace it with another product.

Refunds can be sent within 30 days of receiving your order for most items.Depending on the progress of your bank, the refund will be in your account in 5-10 business days.

4. How to cancel an order?

Your order is only kept for modification or cancellation within 04 hours of placing the order. After that time, your order begins to be locked to production, and you can no longer modify or cancel it.
